It's fast but comparatively flat: no big drops. I'd say less intense than Everest. But if you're worried then don't sit at the front. I'd say go for it, my nervous 7 year old loved it.

We might have imagined it but Galaxy's Edge had water fountains for filling bottles and the water seemed to be chilled and filtered (so not warm and chemically like most of the fountains).
