I have the same as Quensabob, I've got the email confirming the change and the charge is showing on my credit card, but MDE still asks me to pick our bands, when I click onto it, it just comes up...

I managed to do mine last night, was using a different card to the one that was saved on my MDE profile, as soon as I just used the one on the MDE it worked fine!
