Not sure how a travel agent could have any idea at this point. It sounds very unlikely to me. I think she just wanted the sale 18 months ahead of time.

We stayed there in 2020 for a few days. Excellent location and no complaints. The beach is on a channel into Tampa Bay rather than directly on the Gulf but the main public beach is a short walk away.
