Hi Lou, we are at DLP now and used RS transports from CDG to our hotel on Tuesday. The email was from BS Transports and all was fine, as Gill said they WhatsApp you on the day.

Looking forward to the trip report. I've stayed in Dorada Palace 5 times and love it so glad you enjoyed it last time. The Caribe Waterpark is also brilliant, you'll really enjoy it.
