4 weeks ago he said he would mark the refund as urgent.
2 weeks ago he promised me I would get a refund within 10 days. Just checked cc again still nothing.
about 16 to 17 weeks at the moment.

I emailed two weeks ago reply was look on the website for updates.
We should have been at DC today.

It is Orlandoattractions.com based in Ascot. I emailed Tony who replied and he said some of clients have been waiting over 12 weeks for refunds.

I will not use them again.
