Yes we did collect from terminal C , i think we were lucky as the avis worker was due to finish and directed the people arriving after us to Terminal B.

I would keep the car and pay for the two nights parking. At rpr with tax it is roughly 30 dollars per night which is a lot but no hassle getting back to the airport.
