We'll be in Florida for the 3rd August rocket launch. Kennedy doesn't open until 9am and the launch is scheduled for 9:02.

Is it likely they'll open early so you can buy the additional launch...

They are OK. I invested in noise cancelling headphones for our trip in 2012 and I really noticed the difference. It depends how much general plane noise and people disturb you :)
