We’ve stayed at all of them and they all have benefits. We like POFQ because it’s small and we like the theming. CBR has the Skyliner but standard rooms are generally excluded from offers.

As long as you book enough rooms during the offer for the number of people you might need then everyone added will get the original offer. So yes, in your scenario you could add everyone else later...
