Same boat as you here, we did the same, will do 24 and do it properly. I did notice that if you book 24 (much higher) its a big different to booking 23 so hoping at some point the 24 hols will come...

Frustrating you had to pay for and do a new test due to a small admin error, no doubt that could have been amended pretty easily by someone.

Use the chat option, it said 90 mins the other day and it worked immediately. I had a slimier issue and they sorted it quickly, it was a slight change in flight times for me.
