When I bought tickets I had to download the AXS app, it was really easy, the tickets appeared immediately and I was able to transfer two via the app to our friends who we were meeting there.

We landed at 12.30, got to Thrifty at 2.30, waited in the queue for about 90 mins, spent about 20 mins at the desk and were in the hotel at 4.30. We stayed at the Holiday inn Express 5 mins away.
