We joined the Hagrid queue 2 minutes before park closure and was on in 25 minutes even though the posted time was 70 minutes, no doubt to stop people queuing. Amazing in the dark 👍

I never booked direct with Delta as they are always the dearest option🤷🏼

To be fair, forget about genie plus after about 12pm as most rides will be offered at 4pm onwards in our experience. We did 9am to around 1pm most days as it was either massive queues or hour hours...

This is true for every ride except ROR. I found the queue time to be accurate, if not understated most of the time. Every other ride, you’re right, usually take off 1/3 of the stated time.
