I think it's only one person. The free dining offer hasn't actually been released yet and no one knows for sure that it will be. Not sure how Ocean Florida can offer it.

Really? Are they anticipating Disney offering it or is it their own offer? Disney haven't released free dining yet and we won't know if they will until nearer the time.

If you plan on staying onsite next year definitely wait until the end of April when free dining is historically released. Don't book before then.
