We have change to a open ticket, the flight was £874 each 2 of us we used some of our club flying points worth £400 but when we change to the open ticket, was not offered them back, is this right...

We are on a Disney resort and I thought you could get into the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge from 6am until 9am for on site guests, so I'm a bit confused now do we need a Reservations for Oga's Cantina...

Doe's anyone know how much it is to add an extra suitcase to a Thomas Cook premium flight. I know we get 32kg but I think that's too much for one case and wanted to add another case thank you :grin:
