Any one else find the first 5min runs a real struggle? Not so much with my breather but my legs feel really fatigued towards 3/4 mins? I’ve got 6 mins to do on Tuesday 🙈

Not out in Orlando, but I did most of couch to 5k a couple years ago (got to running for 20minutes when I hurt my foot) but I did it on the treadmill, when I ran one outside I found pacing myself...
