I phoned AL and requested a full refund on 5th Aug and it was back on my credit card by the 7th Aug which I thought was amazingly quick under the circumstances.

Thanks chelsie. I called and requested a full refund and all seemed painless enough.

Not sure how long it will be before we can get back to Florida which is a sad thought. :(

I would go in a heartbeat. We went half term for 7 nights in 2016 and the weather was fantastic ie well into the 80's. Halloween decorations were special.
