Yes, anyone with a HHN ticket already in the park has to go in to one of the 3 holding areas and everyone else has to leave. They actively start asking to people to leave from about 5:30

As already mentioned, Tombs definitely has the narrowest walkways but remember all houses are ADA compliant, so they aren't that narrow at all really.
