Hi, we got ours from Goofy Candy Co at Downtown Disney, but I also saw them in several other places, like MouseGear at Epcot , think they're widely available :)

Hi, yes we were on QSDP and were able to change desserts when we didn't fancy them into sides (where they had them, not everywhere did) or into an extra bottled drink to take away :)

Just to give an update - we came back Thursday, and can report that you can indeed exchange sides for desserts, also can exchange an extra bottled drink for a dessert, no problems at all! :thumbs-up...
