I believe that was a quote from last week after the first hearing (last Tuesday) when the earliest that could be used was the 7th August. Now there is the appeal it has pushed this back.

I don’t believe that would be 2 weeks notice of the strike dates though. If they state they can legally set them now, that isn’t given them notice of the dates just there ability to set them.
