If it's anything like the BWV refurb expect lots of downtime and delays, 3 months into the BWV refurb they were a year behind, I mean how can that happen? Who project manages these things.

If it's anything like the BWV refurb it started...

If it's anything like the BWV refurb it started out being 18 months and turned into 3.5 years. If there's one thing Disney does good it's being slow!
