my beloved Newport - rooms need another refurb!

my favourite hotel. lobby is still magic.

the rooms and hallways though - need a good clean and definitely a paint job.

Refurbed in 2015/2016 and already the rooms look like they need doing...

Various thoughts/observations about characters

This week Monday night - Captain Goofy was at Newport Bay then a five minute walk over to Sequoia Lodge and Winter Goofy was there.
I don't mind but if you are visiting hotels to meet characters...

I like to try and stay at Newport Bay but for just me for 3 nights, train and park tickets was £1300.
I couldn't afford that.
B&B for three nights was £670.

They all seem sterile and cold.
