Last night I took the splint off and put a glove on. (To keep my hand warm) & laid with it slightly raised on a pillow ( so same height as my tummy). I feel that helped

We are 2 mid to late 50 year olds with a dream.

We love to travel, been to many, many USA states. Hong Kong/Singapore/ Aus and quite a few European countries.
