Does anyone know how much the upgrade cost is for kids and adults on Disney site is from the free meal to the QS plan? I think on AT it is £15 for kids and £31 for adults.

Could you change your parking to the night before when you check in, thne you can take the bus to the hotel which takes 10 minutes. This is what we did.

We had the same situation as you may be in - 2 adults, 1 child and one in a cot and there was still plenty of space.

Also call front desk and they will bring bed rails if you need them.
