I’m afraid I feel like if they can’t be bothered to fix the issue, then I can’t be bothered to book with them. We can always use Mears instead, or Uber as we did in May.

Just remember that if you want two rooms with a connecting internal door, you must request ‘connecting’ rooms. Otherwise, ‘adjoining’ rooms are just next door with no connection.

I have read that the best way to get an Uber to and from the Magic Kingdom is to go to the Contemporary Hotel. You can walk between there and MK. A lot quicker than using the TTC.
