I think at the moment the PLF had the reference for the pcr post arrival in U.K. and you just present you pre travel covid test cert or perhaps upload to VeriFLY etc.

Cnn repeatedly saying 24hrs rather than 1 day- before this I was confident about the language being one day to allow for delays etc- suppose as your test will be verified at checkin that’s the key...
