But always give a minimum of 6 months, as any issues, Visa appointments can be few and far between.

It's only available for collection from MCO.
Which is a bit out of folks way if they aren't using that airport.

Both 3 and your o2/VM will connect to a local network and you will be able to use your plan as at home.

So in that case I'd apply for new passport now and do ESTA as soon as it arrives.
