There are several neighbourhood Walmart's around Vegas which are a lot smaller. We tend to go to the Super Centre on Lake Mead Blvd, purely for the variety & choice.

Edited to add: Polk County and Haines is 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m, though some do sell at 6am.
