Is it worth buying a AP for universal ?

We are going on our own in September for a week ( no kids ) then next august with our teenager for 10 nights .

Is it worth getting a AP for each us 2 this year which will last for next years...

If I just book the room for myself so I only have to pay the deposit once of £50, how easy is it to add the rest of my family in at a later date ? Any fees?

( reason is I’m not 100%) we can go yet...

Pricing up and comparing flights for next Easter holidays and there is a 2k price difference for 4 of us if we was to book Florida .

They also have a excellence section for adults only too and the swim up rooms at this...
