Flights are usually released about 11 months...
Flights are usually released about 11 months before for the date you want so any prices now are just a best guess.
Some people say they book now and haven't seen it cheaper but others wait till 11...

First few trips for us it was idrive hotel only but still did Disney which back in 2007/8 took a while as Uber/lyft wasn't a thing, for convenience we now do half the holiday...
