When we stayed in The Clayton before covid they took you to the terminal in a mini bus then there was a free phone to be picked up again.
Not sure if any of the others do this but it saved walking...

I’ve never suffered with Delhi belly nor has my husband in all the times we have travelled to India.
Our first visit was in 1998 and even back then we had no issues.
