Has anyone had any luck claiming a refund through credit card company?
We started ours 3 weeks ago but that itself can take 8 weeks.
I'm royally p*ssed off with them. I haven't been able to work...

Latest update is that they can't refund me as they don't have the funds. After promising three times that I would have it? I've initiated the credit card refund so looks like that's the only way...

Credit card dispute could take 8 weeks and no communication from orlando attractions who said we would have the refund last week! Don't really know what else I can do.

We have been waiting for 19 weeks and every time I chase I get a stock response. I tried to be understanding at first but I’m losing patience now and am put off using them again
