So basically we are booked to stay at Art of Animation in November (3rd time) however our son has Autism and struggles sleeping (has a fully enclosed bed at home) and Disney have said rollaway beds...

Masks no longer required for fully vaccinated guests at Universal, Great news hopefully Disney follow in due course. Interestingly no proof of vaccine is required.

We are booked for November 21 reasonably confident it'll happen however if masks are still compulsory for ages 2+ we won't be able to go as there is no chance our then nearly 3 year old will keep it...
