I have been looking every day to book 2 seats in PE for 27 Oct - 4 Nov. Seats are limited from LHR and even more limited on return flight. 9 seats out and 5 seats return. £4725.78 (ouch)

Now you can also pay at the restaurant table using any card. No need for Server to attend.

From past experience I would phone Virgin who have their own Doctors who will access. They were brilliant. We did not need a fit to fly. Couldn't get one from ER in any case... !
