Hope this is ok to ask! daughter has been offered a position with Virgin at LHR but forgot to ask where the staff car park is located. Just wondering if anybody knows as she feels silly asking now...

They didn’t spend any points, the 9000 points...
They didn’t spend any points, the 9000 points which they were given for the £9000 spend were taken back when the holiday was cancelled- which is correct. So they assumed their points value would be 0.

LHR Virgin Upper Class Wing
Just a heads up that the security line is very long. After we dropped our bags off we went to the main terminal and used fast track security. This saved us about 40mins.
