Hillfoot Station is probably closer to the Bearsden one and Milngavie Station to the Milngavie one. But to be honest you are talking about only by a few minutes walk.

Milngavie and Bearsden have Premier Inns. Both near train and bus routes. Partick and Byres Road have good charity shops as does Milngavie.
