Hi sorry to jump in been looking to book cabana bay via virgin holidays but it says complimentary parking only valid for visits before Dec 31 2020 !
Not sure if it's a mistake or website out of date...

For obvious reasons had to cancel this year's visit been onto universal to see what our options are and they have extended our tickets to Dec 2021 amazing customer service thanks universal one less...
