We couldn’t pre book there, and to be honest given MCO was busy we decided not to ask about the walk through interview process. So found a pre booking at Sanford worked fine and was less hectic!

The UK approval is done without interview. For the US approval we scheduled an appointment at Sanford Airport. They do offer MCO as well but those appointments were full, so we drove up to Sanford.

Sounds about right to me. We take virtually no cash, but helpful for the odd toll as you say. Can always draw cash out if needed, but doubtful in my experience.
