The app is annoying, easy enough to switch...
The app is annoying, easy enough to switch between the cards but it defaults to the standard one.
I think the only way to get the standard one off the app is to ring them up which I might do...

I just applied for the rewards plus and got it...
I just applied for the rewards plus and got it immediately, didn’t even think you had to cancel the standard one first.
As soon as I got the card I cancelled the standard one with no issues at all
