Hi, I used sea bands when I went last year, with the humidity and 3D rides I just felt sick but amazingly these really helped me. I think they were about £9 from boots and really worked.

To save on stress levels I'd also stay overnight. We did at beginning of September and got a good nights sleep it was stress free in the morning and premier inn was a 5 min drive from Terminal 2.
