You can use the phone but it is harder to do if you have a laptop or iPad then this is better if you don’t want to take something like iPad then just do notes then when you back just write it up.

Day before

I was up at 2:30 am very early I washed dressed and went for a walk back by 3:35 I could not sleep so just read . Maria was up at 7 we did our usual things then went out about 9 back...
