Was watching a vlog yesterday on all star resorts, the pool opening times were listed as 10am - 11pm.

We stayed at universal last year and am pretty sure it was the same hours.

I wouldn’t risk it particularly not in January when you don’t know what chaos might be caused by bad weather - book a hotel in the surrounding area. Doesn’t have to be at the actual airport.
