I've been behind people smoking in the queue at legoland...right in front of a no smoking sign in fact...and the staff there didn't do a thing about it...it's not confined to DLP

I can't blame them though, I once saw a cm who must have been about 20 ask a bloke to stop smoking in the queue and he Said "what are you going to do if I dont" and she didn't ave an answer he was...
