I did not like Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge (too tacky and touristy) We stayed Townsend side which was much nicer and quieter but still easy to get to all the attractions

I don’t have 3 weeks worth of summer clothes. Especially florida in August where you sweat constantly. Prob 2 outfits some days. Villa makes it super easy to bung a load in.

Universal says 13 and over. My kids will be 13 and 15. Both love horror and have watched a fair bit with DH. It’s me that’s the wimp. I guess it’s a case of know your child. Kids are so different.

Yes pay to park at hotel. We’ve stayed a fair bit at RPR and almost always walk. It’s such a beautiful path to the theme park and has its own security entrance.

Just had a quick look at recent yelp reviews. Seems to mostly line up with here. Servers rubbish, food ok ish but fun experience if you’re doing it for first time. Def don’t go for the food
