We rented a 7 bedroomed villa at Emerald Island in 2003 and it cost us �750 a week.
I would expect to pay �1000-�2000 a week almost 10 years on.
The majority of people would not be a family paying solely and would usually be 2/3 families sharing the cost, thus making it a pretty cheap way of getting luxury accomodation.
Have you looked at the same standard and sized accomodation anywhere else like Europe?
Now that is eye watering
