My 'Top Tip' is for anyone staying in a villa:

Always carry the Management Co. and/or owners contact numbers with you.

I had a guest last year that snapped the door key in the lock after an evening out. If he hadn't of had the numbers in his wallet so that he could call for assistance, what would he have done?
