We were just under $5000 for wedding, reception, fabulous buffet for 35, flowers, photography and soft drinks. We had to buy the alcohol separately (and spend the rest of the holiday drinking it!). We also hired the bridal house. I used Helen of Elegant Weddings.

It is just the most perfect venue. Despite the weather not being great that day, the photographs are amazing.
