just a thought, would a water flosser help with getting bits out?

amazon/BESTOPE-Pro...nguag e=en_GB

i bought one last year after suffering with gum disease for years, and in the last 6 months, the hygenist said i could literally be the poster boy for waterpik. it manages to get *all* the little food fragments out from in between your teeth without the hassle of using them little flossing stick things (which i have problems using on all my teeth)

(its not a waterpik, its a cheap knock-off, but it does the job nicely!)

*edit*
just saw toots reply above. jinx! you owe me a coke!
