Hope all was OK for Anna in the end. You did really well and it's a good thing Mel was there to be with you.
Glad you got to experience the chocolat viennois in Victoria's! I have read up about Victoria's and apparently it used to be counter service, though we never went in. It's a lovely little place, isn't it?
