Few weeks back, had a guy getting names for delivery of milk, he said they were much the same cost as the supermarkets. I orderd up a 4 pint for the Tuesday. After much thought have cancelled it as I prefer to buy my weekly stock pile on a Sunday, now my local Morrisons/Iceland is roughly £1/1.10 per jug, milkman £1.99! In whose mind is this a competitive price against even the local shops? Even M & S isnt this pricey. Wonder if this is the charge over the UK, so so any dibbers still get milk delivered?
