I found the info in this sticky helpful and put my mind on rest with our villa booking. I just wanted to add the Polk County tax search on here as I had to look up for villa we are renting in Calabay Parc and I imagine applies to a lot of the villa communities around there:

just hit Property Taxes and you can search by name.
