They don't have to visit the parks on every day of their 7 days onsite. They can just book 4 days of FPs during the time they are onsite and then 3 days of FPs during the time afterwards when they are offsite - so still 7 days in total. They don't have to book FP+s on all 7 days that they are onsite.
In my interpretation, if they are 50 days before their check-in date, they can book fastpasses for 4 days whilst onsite and the 3 days after they check out and are offsite. However, I don't know for sure whether this is possible.
